Create a Filtered Activities List Filters

By default, you will have 4 app screens. These are: Activities list, Locations list, Schedule, and Maps.

  • Activities list is the list of activities within the App (artists, events...)
  • Locations list is the list of places/venues you create in the App.
  • Schedule is the schedule of all the activities you create in the App.
  • Map can be used to places pins of the locations previously created within the App to help users navigate their way through the event's grounds.

Create a Filtered Activities List

  1. Create the associated tags of those artists in Gomanager
  2. Access the activities list
  3. Hover over the activity and select on Edit Tags
  4. Select the Tags for each activity
  5. Go back to app screens, and in the top left corner of the App select New, and then Activities List
  6. Fill in the activity details
    • Fill in the filtered list name
    • You will have the option to choose whether the user will be able to see the tags you used to filter these artists within the App. Dependent on your needs choose the option that you see fit.
    • Click on Edit Tags, and select the Tags needed for this filtered view
    • Select Save

The new created Activities filtered view should appear in the list of App screens.

Dependent on where you wish to add this personalized activities list either as a Widget or a button-nav button, you will have the ability to add this feature as an "In-App redirect" redirection.

Filters

For those screens, you will be able to configure the following:

  • Pre-filtering applied to the view (invisible to user)
    • This means that the view will only display the content tagged with the tags selected
    • This is invisible and not editable by user (ex: 'List of restaurants')
  • Tag Filters available to user
    • Filters visible to user and allowing them to filter the content on the view (ex: "Schedule with Type of Music filter")

Filter logic is OR within a filter and AND between filters (applies to both visible and invisible filters) Ex:

  • Filter1 = City (NY, Paris, Tokyo) and Filter2 = Type of Music (Rock, Rap, Pop)
  • If you select Paris and Tokyo, all shows in Paris OR Tokyo will be displayed
  • If you selects NY and Rock, all shows in NY AND with tag Rock will be displayed

The same logic applies to the filtered schedule view and location list.
